Shareholders attending the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Wincor Nixdorf AG in Paderborn, Germany, on January 24, 2011, represented over 68% of the Company’s voting rights. All resolutions on the agenda were passed with very large majorities.
The next Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place in Paderborn on January 23, 2012.
