Treasury Shares

There were no share buy-back programs in the year under review. At the end of the reporting period, the Company held a total of 1,420,980 treasury shares, equivalent to 4.3% of its share capital, as a result of repurchase programs in fiscal 2006/2007 and 2007/2008.
