For fiscal 2007/2008, we paid a dividend of €2.13 per share. For fiscal 2008/2009, the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board propose to the Annual General Meeting a dividend of €1.85 per share. Compared to the previous year, this represents a decrease of 13% and a dividend yield (Glossary) of 4.20% based on the fiscal year-end price of Wincor Nixdorf stock.
