Shareholders attending the Annual General Meeting of Wincor Nixdorf AG in Paderborn, Germany, on January 19, 2009, represented over 67% of the Company’s voting rights. All resolutions on the agenda were passed with very large majorities.
The next Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place in Paderborn on January 25, 2010.
