Treasury Shares

As of September 30, 2009, the total number of treasury shares held by the Company was 1,420,980. This equals 4.295% of the subscribed capital. The acquisition costs, including ancillary costs of acquisition to the amount of €91k, amounting to €87,226k were deducted in full from equity.
