In fiscal 2006/2007, we paid a dividend of €2.78 per share including an extra dividend of €0.90 per share. For fiscal 2007/2008, the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board will propose to the Annual General Meeting a dividend of €2.13 per share. Compared to the previous year’s regular dividend, this represents an increase of 13% and a dividend yield (Glossary)  of 5.13% based on the fiscal year-end price of Wincor Nixdorf stock.
