Shareholders attending the Annual General Meeting of Wincor-Nixdorf AG in Paderborn, Germany, on January 28, 2008, represented over 71% of the Company’s voting rights. All resolutions on the agenda were passed with very large majorities.

The next Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place in Paderborn on January 19, 2009.
