Overall Assessment of Economic Position.
Overall, the Board of Directors judges as sound the economic position of the Wincor Nixdorf Group at the date on which the Group management report was prepared. In view of the fact that business in the first few weeks of fiscal 2006/2007 has progressed in line with expectations, as reflected in net sales and EBITA, the Board of Directors anticipates that performance will continue to be favorable.
