As a company operating worldwide, Wincor Nixdorf owes much of its success to the fact that its global activities are undertaken in line with legally, socially, and ethically responsible standards of behavior.

In order to ensure our continuing success in the future, we are pursuing a comprehensive Compliance* Program to support our positioning and future orientation. This also incorporates our values and standards of behavior. An important element of the program is our Code of Conduct, which gives specific guidance in respect of appropriate behavior. It lays out a set of standards for the proper and responsible running of businesses and documents our basic understanding of social responsibility as it applies to each and every Wincor Nixdorf employee around the world.
