
Patrick Wright
CEO of the U.S. Operations
With nearly 20 years of experience as a senior executive with JP Morgan Chase & Co., Wright directs the aggressive growth of Wincor Nixdorf’s U.S. banking, retail and service organizations.
Prior to joining Wincor Nixdorf, Wright held a variety of senior management positions with Chase. Within the retail banking division, he served as senior vice president and head of complex business deals, senior vice president and director of technology sourcing, senior vice president and e-performance officer with the corporate internet group.
Wright holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information System Management, Cum Laude, from University of Texas at Arlington; and a Master’s degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business.

Oliver Weber
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Oliver Weber is Wincor Nixdorf's U.S. Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for leading the finance and operations organization as well as logistics, human resources, procurement and IT. Weber was elected to this position April 1, 2007. Prior to joining the U.S. team, Weber served as director corporate controlling, risk management and internal audit for the Wincor Nixdorf Group at its headquarters in Germany.Before joining Wincor Nixdorf, Weber was a manager of the U.S. business consulting company Accenture in its Zuerich office. He was a member of Accenture's Finance and Performance Management service line. Weber led international projects in corporate finance, post merger integration, ERP implementation and restructuring. Prior to Accenture, Weber worked in different positions in corporate finance of ABB Switzerland and United Kingdom.Weber received his master degree in finance from INSEEC, Paris (Institut des Hautes Etudes Economiques et Commerciales de Paris). He holds a bachelor in Economics from the University Kassel, Germany and a degree in Marketing & Business Administration from the University Claude Bernard, Lyon, France.

Alan Walsh
Vice President of Banking Division
Alan Walsh is Vice President of Banking for Wincor Nixdorf USA, and oversees all aspects of the company's banking solutions business in the U.S.Walsh works to strengthen existing relationships with both customers and strategic business partners. Additionally, he works to grow Wincor Nixdorf's successful service business in the United States, including its innovative eServices platform that connects Wincor Nixdorf service management with service customers via an electronic network.Prior to his new position at Wincor Nixdorf, Walsh served as Managing Director for Wincor Nixdorf Ireland. He was a key factor in the successful turnaround of the organization (nearly 50 percent market share in 2004), quickly turning Wincor Nixdorf Ireland into a fully-developed service organization focused on direct customer relationships. Under Walsh's leadership, Wincor Nixdorf Ireland secured a significant outsourcing agreement with Bank of Ireland. Bank of Ireland chose Wincor Nixdorf to manage its off-site cash dispensing network (over 600 ATM terminals), making the financial institution the first major customer of Wincor Nixdorf's outsourcing business.A native of Ireland, Walsh received his degree in software engineering from the Carlow Institute of Technology.

Uli Seemann
Vice President of Services Division
Ulrich Seemann is Vice President of Wincor Nixdorf's U.S. Services Division, a position which he has held since March 2005. He is responsible for introducing a nationwide Wincor Nixdorf "Best of Class" Field Service operation, as well as rolling out the nationwide spare parts logistics solution. With the implementation of the eService platform he built the strategic base to develop the Managed Service Business of the company.Prior to these undertakings, Seemann was in charge of Wincor Nixdorf's banking software support team. Mr. Seemann moved to the United States in 2003 after he managed the implementing several major service projects in various countries. He was in charge to start up successful the service delivery for various countries in Europe for Wincor Nixdorf. Seemann was working in several countries (Portugal, France, Thailand, South Africa) to lead major Telecommunication Projects. He joined Nixdorf Computer in 1981.

Mark Vanvoorden
Vice President of Retail Division
Mark Vanvoorden was assigned to the position of vice president of the company’s U.S. retail division in May, 2008. In this position, Dr. Vanvoorden will draw on his extensive expertise in change management and operational growth initiatives to build a globally competitive sales organization and further the Wincor Nixdorf retail division’s growth – positioning it for continued success as the industry’s foremost provider of POS hardware and software solutions and related services.Prior to his position as vice president of Retail, Dr. Vanvoorden held a number of senior positions within Wincor Nixdorf, most recently serving as chief executive officer of Wincor Nixdorf Technology in Ilmenau, Germany from 2005 – 2007, where he led the company’s international reverse vending technology campaign, and also served as the director of international sales for Wincor Nixdorf International.Before joining Wincor Nixdorf, Dr. Vanvoorden served for two years as director of international sales for Netherlands-based Plus Retail Solutions, and three years as managing director for integrated software provider Sycron / Real Software. Formerly, Dr. Vanvoorden spent more than a decade with globally recognized Symbol technologies, serving in the United States, France, the United Kingdom and Belgium as strategic account manager and director of international sales.A native of Hasselt, Belgium, Dr. Vanvoorden received doctoral degrees in Economics, Finance and International Business Administration, Management and Communication from URCA University in Antwerp, Belgium.
