Oliver Weber
Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Oliver Weber is responsible for driving the strategic direction of Wincor Nixdorf U.S. Prior to his current position, Mr. Weber was the CFO/COO and was responsible for all finance and operations organizations, as well as logistics, procurement and IT. Mr. Weber began his career with Wincor Nixdorf as director of corporate controlling, risk management and internal audit at the company's German headquarters.

Prior to joining Wincor Nixdorf, Mr. Weber was a manager at Accenture's Zurich office. As a member of their Finance and Performance Management service line, he led international projects in corporate finance, post merger integration, restructuring and ERP implementation. Prior to Accenture, he held various positions in corporate finance and controlling at ABB in both Switzerland and the U.K.

Mr. Weber holds a master's degree in finance from INSEEC, Paris. He received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Kassel, Germany and holds a degree in marketing & business administration from the University Claude Bernard in Lyon.

 

Ilhami Cantadurucu
Chief Operating Officer

Ilhami Cantadurucu will lead the Operations Organization to support growth. He will be responsible for the execution of strategies and the development of policies and procedures that help maximize the overall revenue of Wincor U.S.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Cantadurucu was the CFO/COO of Wincor Nixdorf Turkey. He was responsible for all aspects of finance and operations organizations. He was also instrumental in establishing the country-wide service organization.

Mr. Cantadurucu joined Wincor Nixdorf in February 2003 as a business controller in the services division in Paderborn, Germany where he served in the logistics, enterprise management and outsourcing services areas, as well as international controlling functions. 

Mr. Cantadurucu holds master’s degrees in both industrial engineering & management and international economics from University of Paderborn, Germany and Herriot Watt University of Edinburgh, Scotland.

 
Gina Miller

Gina Miller
Chief Financial Officer

Gina Miller leads Wincor Nixdorf's U.S. finance and accounting organizations and oversees all financial operations.

Ms. Miller joined Wincor Nixdorf in 2007 as a business controller and subsequently held a number of financial management positions within the company, most recently director of finance and performance management.

Prior to joining Wincor Nixdorf, Ms. Miller served as a senior financial analyst with BAE Systems.

Ms. Miller holds a bachelor's of science degree in business administration from San Diego State University.

 
Alan Walsh

Alan Walsh
Executive Vice President of Banking Division

Mr. Walsh oversees all aspects of the company's banking solutions business in the U.S., working to strengthen existing customers and strategic partner relationships. Additionally, he is involved in helping grow Wincor Nixdorf's successful U.S. service business, including its innovative eServices platform, a network solution that links Wincor's service management with customers.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Walsh served as managing director for Wincor Nixdorf Ireland. He was key to the successful turnaround of the organization (nearly 50 percent market share in 2004), quickly converting Wincor Nixdorf Ireland to a fully-developed service organization focused on direct customer relationships. Under Mr. Walsh's leadership, Wincor Nixdorf Ireland secured a significant outsourcing agreement with Bank of Ireland (over 600 ATM terminals), making this Wincor's first major outsourcing customer.

A native of Ireland, Mr. Walsh received his bachelor's degree in software engineering from the Carlow Institute of Technology in Ireland.

 
Doug Wallace

Doug Wallace
Vice President of Retail Division

Doug Wallace joined Wincor Nixdorf in May 2009. An industry veteran, Mr. Wallace has extensive operations and sales management experience in the retail cash handling sector.

Prior to joining Wincor Nixdorf, Mr. Wallace worked for more than 12 years at Fujitsu Transaction Solutions, most recently as senior vice president of sales and client management, where he led a transformation from a hardware-oriented business to a focus on a complete hardware, software and services portfolio.

Building a globally competitive retail sales organization, Doug will help to position Wincor's retail division for ongoing success as the industry’s foremost provider of POS and back office solutions and services. 

Mr. Wallace holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from the University of Nottingham in the U.K.

 
David Nottingham

David Nottingham
Vice President of Services

IAs head of the U.S. Services division, David Nottingham concentrates on growing the business through improved processes, organizational alignment and superior customer satisfaction.

Before coming to the U.S., Mr. Nottingham was the service manager for operations in Ireland.  There he was instrumental in transforming the division by reducing costs, improving customer relations and advancing technology. He joined Wincor in 2005 in the Wokingham, UK office.

Mr. Nottingham has a wealth of experience realigning and improving services operations.  He began his career with ICL, UK's computer hardware, software and services giant. He then moved to SAIC, a U.S. outsourcing firm in Aberdeen, Scotland. 

Mr. Nottingham attended the University of Portsmouth, working towards a degree in physics.
