Software iCash View for end-to-end monitoring of cash systems

A great degree of acceptance and customer satisfaction will only be achieved with automated cash payments at the checkout when the cash systems used are highly available and always have enough change to complete transactions. That’s why Wincor Nixdorf has developed “iCash View” – the software solution that enables comprehensive monitoring of cash systems from the back office. 
Wincor Nixdorf offers retail businesses a holistic portfolio of products they can use to optimize their cash processes in retail stores – from the checkout all the way to the handover of cash to a cash-in-transit provider. These cash management systems include the iCASH 15 and iCASH 15E machines (for coin acceptance and recycling); the iCASH 10, iCASH 50 and iCASH 100 (for banknote acceptance and recycling at the POS or in the cash office); and the software solutions iCASH Manager for the POS and  iCASH BO for the cash office.
iCASH View is another addition to this product portfolio. The software can monitor the entire iCASH configuration, including an unlimited number of individual terminals. And this applies not just to a single store, but for all of a retail chain's stores for any desired combination of attended or self-service iCASH systems in checkout zones or in cash offices.
The software enables the user to gain a rapid overview of all systems and a detailed analysis of the fill level of each individual iCASH system. The user can view the current cash stock figures, revenue figures and journals very quickly and print them out in pdf format as required. The software also supports central user management, allowing you to add, change or delete users for all iCASH systems. 
For example, the monitoring view shows the user which systems are online and which are offline, and which systems have achieved critical status because either banknotes or coins need to be replenished. The revenue view gives you a very quick overview of how much cash has been deposited and dispensed at one or more systems and the volume of revenues at that terminal. The stock view offers a quick look at the cash stocks in one or more systems and the amounts in the individual coin or banknote modules. In addition, the cumulated stock is shown for all selected systems.
iCASH View thus offers extensive functions from administration to monitoring to ensure maximum performance and availability of each cash terminal. Another advantage: The solution’s real-time cash stock monitoring and its centralized journal function enable stores to manage customer inquiries much more quickly and efficiently.
