Security
Automated teller machines from Wincor Nixdorf meet even the most exceedingly demanding security requirements. Of the major competitors, we provide the widest range of safes on the market.
Among other security features:
- Mechanisms such as MM and CIM86 prevent use of forged ID cards
- Supplemental cameras prevent criminal attempts to attach devices to the exterior of the ATM by shutting down the affected machine for further investigation
- Lebanese loop and other attacks are prevented by advanced shutter systems
- Cash not removed is retracted and placed in a separate compartment and tracked with a complete audit trail
All input and output slots are protected against tampering. Encrypted PIN pads (EPPs) are shipped standard. Intruder alarm systems, use of special alarm wiring in the safe, and integration of additional cameras delivers complete protection for the system and users.
Flexible Network Integration
Wincor Nixdorf systems can be integrated into all kinds of network architectures, including direct connections to host systems and conventional multi-user systems, client/server architectures and networks from other manufacturers. Offline solutions are naturally also possible.
