Patrick Wright
President and CEO of U.S. Operations

With nearly 20 years of experience in various roles at JP Morgan Chase, Mr. Wright is in charge of directing the aggressive growth of Wincor's U.S. banking, retail and service organizations.

At JPMC, Mr. Wright held a number of senior level positions -- senior vice president of retail banking and head of complex business deals, senior vice president and director of technology sourcing, and senior vice president and e-performance officer for the corporate internet group.

Mr. Wright holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems management, cum laude, from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a master's degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.


 
Oliver Weber

Oliver Weber
Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Operations

Oliver Weber is responsible for leading Wincor Nixdorf's U.S. finance and operations organization, as well as logistics, procurement and IT. Prior to his current role, he served as director of corporate controlling, risk management and internal audit at Wincor Nixdorf's German headquarters.

Prior to joining Wincor Nixdorf, Mr. Weber was a manager at Accenture's Zurich office. As a member of their Finance and Performance Management service line, he led international projects in corporate finance, post merger integration, restructuring and ERP implementation. Prior to Accenture, he held various positions in corporate finance and controlling at ABB in both Switzerland and the U.K.

Mr. Weber holds a master's degree in finance from INSEEC, Paris. He received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Kassel, Germany and holds a degree in marketing & business administration from the University Claude Bernard in Lyon.


 
Alan Walsh

Alan Walsh
Executive Vice President of Banking Division

Mr. Walsh oversees all aspects of the company's banking solutions business in the U.S., working to strengthen existing customers and strategic partner relationships. Additionally, he is involved in helping grow Wincor Nixdorf's successful U.S. service business, including its innovative eServices platform, a network solution that links Wincor's service management with customers.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Walsh served as managing director for Wincor Nixdorf Ireland. He was key to the successful turnaround of the organization (nearly 50 percent market share in 2004), quickly converting Wincor Nixdorf Ireland to a fully-developed service organization focused on direct customer relationships. Under Mr. Walsh's leadership, Wincor Nixdorf Ireland secured a significant outsourcing agreement with Bank of Ireland (over 600 ATM terminals), making this Wincor's first major outsourcing customer.

A native of Ireland, Mr. Walsh received his bachelor's degree in software engineering from the Carlow Institute of Technology in Ireland.


 
Doug Wallace

Doug Wallace
Vice President of Retail Division

Doug Wallace joined Wincor Nixdorf in May 2009. An industry veteran, Mr. Wallace has extensive operations and sales management experience in the retail cash handling sector.

Prior to joining Wincor Nixdorf, Mr. Wallace worked for more than 12 years at Fujitsu Transaction Solutions, most recently as senior vice president of sales and client management, where he led a transformation from a hardware-oriented business to a focus on a complete hardware, software and services portfolio.

Building a globally competitive retail sales organization, Doug will help to position Wincor's retail division for ongoing success as the industry’s foremost provider of POS and back office solutions and services. 

Mr. Wallace holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from the University of Nottingham in the U.K.


 
Uli Seemann

Uli Seemann
Vice President of Services Division

As head of Wincor's U.S. Services Division since March 2005, Mr. Seemann has been responsible for introducing a nationwide best-in-class field service operation, as well as rolling out Wincor's nationwide spare parts logistics solution. With the implementation of the eService platform, he built the strategic base to develop the managed service business of the company.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Seemann was in charge of Wincor Nixdorf's banking software support team. He was also successful in launching service delivery platforms and leading other major telecommunications projects for Wincor Nixdorf in Portugal, France, Thailand, and South Africa, among other countries. Mr. Seemann joined Nixdorf Computer in 1981.


 
Karen Harrell

Karen Harrell
Vice President of Human Resources

Ms. Harrell joined Wincor Nixdorf in August 2009. Karen's primary roles are to lead employee and leadership development, staffing, company culture and rewards programs, communication, and change management for Wincor Nixdorf USA.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Harrell was a Human Resources Director at both Freescale Semiconductor and Trilogy Software in Austin. Karen has also been a Senior Manager of Organization and Management Development at Frito-Lay and started her career as a Change Management consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Karen earned her degree in Organizational Communication at the University of Texas at Austin.
