Eckard Heidloff began his career in 1983 at Nixdorf Computer AG. After initial posts at Group Accounting and Controlling, he took over as head of these units in 1989. In 1994, at the successor company Siemens Nixdorf Informationssysteme AG, he was appointed head of business administration for both the retail solution business and self-service systems for banks.
Both were merged in 1998 in Siemens Nixdorf Retail and Banking Systems GmbH, where Heidloff likewise became head of business administration. Here, he bore primary responsibility for carving the company out of the Siemens Group and seeing it through the transition to ownership by the private equity investors KKR and Goldman Sachs Capital Partners. As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the newly created Wincor Nixdorf Holding GmbH, he played a decisive part in the company’s future-oriented expansion into a global group – a task that involved ensuring constructive cooperation between investors and management through reliable execution of the holding’s business plan while safeguarding the freedom necessary to shape the company’s business.
In May 2004, Wincor Nixdorf was the first large German private equity company to be floated successfully on the stock exchange, making Heidloff Chief Financial Officer of Wincor Nixdorf AG. In this capacity, he additionally took on the role of Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for worldwide production and logistics. Heidloff was named President and CEO of the company at the Annual General Meeting on January 29, 2007.


 
Dr. Jürgen Wunram *

Dr. Jürgen Wunram received his doctorate after completing his degree in mathematics at the University of Hamburg. He then worked as a project manager at a large aerospace technology company. In 1992, Dr. Wunram joined a large international consultancy firm, where his main area of responsibility was advising high-tech companies about strategic issues. In 2003 he became manager of one of the company’s regional offices. Since 1993, Dr. Wunram has participated in Wincor Nixdorf’s development through his work in consultancy projects. Dr. Jürgen Wunram was appointed to Wincor Nixdorf AG’s executive board on March 1, 2007, and is responsible for the financial issues.



 
Stefan Auerbach *

Stefan Auerbach *
Executive Vice President - Banking

Stefan Auerbach began his career at Nixdorf Computer AG in 1983 and held various management posts in Technology, Marketing and Sales. In 1995 he took over as Sales Manager for Banking Systems in Germany. During a year's study period in 1999, he obtained an MBA degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Since 1999, he has been a member of the Executive Board at Wincor Nixdorf and, in this function, instrumental in positioning and expanding worldwide IT services business. Stefan Auerbach was appointed to the Board of Directors at Wincor Nixdorf AG effective October 1, 2005 where he was initially responsible for the services business. Since February 2006 he has been responsible within the Board of Directors for the banking business.



 
Javier López-Bartolomé

Javier López-Bartolomé
Senior Vice President - Region Americas & Iberia

Javier López-Bartolomé, a member of the Wincor Nixdorf Executive Board since 1999, was put in charge of the company's business in the growth markets of North America and Latin America as well as Spain and Portugal on October 1, 2005. By appointing a Regional Director, Wincor Nixdorf acknowledges the vital role that these regions play in the company's global growth strategy. Javier López-Bartolomé joined the former Siemens Nixdorf as Sales Director for the Self -Service Business Unit in 1997. He was Senior Vice President of the Banking Division until September 30, 2005.



 
Jens Bohlen

Jens Bohlen
Senior Vice President - Services

Jens Bohlen has been a member of the Executive Board since November 2006 and is responsible for Wincor Nixdorf’s worldwide IT services business for banking and retail businesses. Prior to his appointment, he headed up the Technology Management Services division in the EMEA market for an internationally-active IT company.






 
Khoon Hong Lim

Senior Vice President - Region Asia

Khoon Hong Lim has been a member of the Wincor Nixdorf Executive Board since October 2005 and is responsible for Group business in growth markets in Asia. With its appointment of a Regional Director, Wincor Nixdorf acknowledges the vital role that this region plays in the company's global growth strategy. Khoon Hong Lim joined Nixdorf Computer International Singapore Ltd. in 1988, where he has held various management posts. In 1991, he was appointed Executive Manager of the former SNI AG's Singapore office and was, at the time, the first Singaporean executive to work for a German multinational corporation. In 2000 he was appointed Managing Director for Asia Pacific.



 
Dr. Herbert Machill

Dr. Herbert Machill
Senior Vice President - Retail

On October 1, 2007, Dr. Herbert Machill joined Wincor Nixdorf AG as Senior Vice President and assumed the direction of its international business with retail companies. Up to now, Dr. Machill has been in charge of Industry Line Services at T-Systems Enterprise Services GmbH. After completing a degree in mechanical engineering, Dr. Machill worked initially at the DaimlerChrysler Group in the fields of system development and business process organization and assumed his first managerial roles there. This was followed by management responsibilities at Debis Systemhaus IT-Services (later T-Systems International). In his last position at T-Systems as head of Industry Line Services, Dr. Machill was responsible for the ICT service and solution business for the retail, consumer goods, travel, and transport and logistics segments.

 
Reinhard Rabenstein

Reinhard Rabenstein

As Chief Technology Officer Reinhard Rabenstein has been a member of the Wincor Nixdorf Executive Board since October 2005. He is also responsible for product and software development in the company's banking solutions business. Reinhard Rabenstein joined Nixdorf Computer AG in 1980 and has held various management posts in Software Development. Since 1999 he has been head of the banking Application Software unit.

 
Rainer Pfeil

Rainer Pfeil
Senior Vice President - Human Resources

Rainer Pfeil has been appointed Head of Human Resources, becoming a member of the Executive Board as of July 1st 2001. He was previously Vice President Human Resources in a German technology company active on the international stage. Prior to this post, he held a human resources management position at a telecommunications company, to which he moved from his first step on the career ladder, starting off in the human resources department of a well-known international IT group.
