But our System Management discipline doesn’t stop here: we use remote monitoring of your systems to generate business-relevant information, pass this to a central point (e.g. the Customer Care Center) and use it to generate instructions automatically to various different service providers. One example of this is Cash Management, the service we use to monitor cash stocks in your automated teller machines and enable optimum control of security transportation using this stock information.
