Multi-vendor service (MVS) for heterogeneous IT Systems

  • SUN Microsystems "SUNSpectrum" System Service - Wincor Nixdorf offers, in cooperation with SUN Microsystems, "SUNSpectrum" service contracts for optimal system service. SUNSpectrum includes a wide variety of flexible service solutions for software, hardware, network applications and the operation of IT solutions.
  • Hewlett Packard System Service - Wincor Nixdorf provides, in cooperation with Hewlett Packard, "Support Pack" contracts and individual service agreements. Wincor Nixdorf's HP system service provides services independent of the standard product warranty. These service contracts deliver best-in-class system service at the most favourable conditions with the security of long standing on-site service for HP PCs, HP network products, HP storage systems, HP peripheries and other IT products.
  • Fujitsu Siemens Computers product service - In cooperation with Fujitsu Siemens Computers (a long-time strategic partner of Wincor Nixdorf), we provide worldwide service, available in different service level packages, focused on the FSC product portfolio. Make use of our established service network to achieve optimal support of your Fujitsu Siemens systems (e.g. Primergy, Scenic PCs, PrimePower, storage systems and IT peripheries).
  • IBM/Diebold self-service systems - Wincor Nixdorf provides service for IBM/Diebold self-service systems based on an area-wide service location network. We integrated IBM/Diebold system engineers into Wincor Nixdorf to provide service delivery with the highest level of competence and know-how.
