The quality of products, services and solutions is of key significance when it comes to the smooth running of your IT infrastructures.
We follow up these ambitious requirements with a comprehensive quality assurance system covering all quality-relevant activities and procedures. These guidelines have been certified to the DIN ISO 9001 quality standard by the independent, internally recognized German QA certification body, DQS.
As well as continuous, ongoing development of our quality assurance and constant quality improvements, we have created service management infrastructures which are setting new standards in product and service quality within the industry.
For example, we evaluate data on equipment installed in the field and make use of these findings in tailor-made service concepts. Under this procedure, different figures and targets are set for product and service quality throughout all stages of the life cycle and their achievement ensured by means of built-in checking mechanisms. The result is maximum availability of the systems in use.
