Front Office/TOP enables banks to make cash transactions more flexible and to automate them, so that for example deposits and withdrawals can be transacted not only to/from pettycash funds but also on ATMs or ATS systems.

This frees up time for consulting and customer service in the branch, without having to dispense with secure cash handling. Transactions that have to be released via the double-checking method can, for example, be authorized by an employee engaged in a consulting session with a customer via an e-mail function. This increases flexibility, convenience and the speed at which transactions can be handled. In addition, by integrating custom campaigns on the front-office terminal, every customer contact can be exploited for sales, with the possibility of integrating the service zone into the bank’s sales strategy. Based on the J/XFS banking standard, special banking peripherals such as automated teller safes, passbook printers, etc., can also be integrated in Front Office/TOP. This makes it possible to deploy front-office devices from different vendors.

With support for both fat and thin clients, Front Office/TOP can be integrated flexibly in various branch architectures and customer environments.
