By connecting the machines to our online service center, we are able to analyze, identify, and troubleshoot service incidents, thereby ensuring interruption-free operation. Plus, Wincor Nixdorf has further optimized its service and developed the eService platform. Analysis of the information supplied by customer systems enables early identification of possible disruption factors and sources of error, along with initiation of preventive measures when threshold values are reached.
