PC/E Assisted Services make it possible for banks to flexibilize and automate cash transactions in their branches. The software for an "assisted self-service" scenario integrates self-service systems from any vendor in front-office processes.
This means that deposit and withdrawal transactions can be initiated at the counter and handled on ATS, ATM or even cash recycling systems. Bank staff are always available if customers need any help. Customers use their bank cards to authenticate themselves on the self-service systems or, for non-standard transactions, so-called white cards. Coin processing can also be integrated in order to exploit the full automation potential.
