We offer banks optimization of their cash management, assumption of responsibility for their branch IT as part of outsourcing or comprehensive security solutions for systems, networks and buildings. Our product portfolio ranges from automated teller machines with various functions – from dispensing and depositing of cash and checks to cash recycling, in which cash that has been deposited can be dispensed again. Bank customers can carry out transactions on their account with our transaction terminals. Our software portfolio focuses on multi-vendor solutions that enable terminal devices from different vendors to be operated. We also offer multi-channel solutions that allow banks to run terminal devices and applications using a uniform server-based software architecture.
We fulfill our customers’ key requirements for high availability of their systems with comprehensive services. So that irregularities are identified immediately, we monitor our customers’ online systems worldwide from 26 customer centers. We offer traditional maintenance, online (remote) troubleshooting and software and network management and ensure the security of IT networks. We have technicians close to our customers in 26 countries and ship more than one million spare parts a year from our logistics centers around the world. Banks also outsource complete operation of ATM networks, servers and PCs to us and entrust us with handling their cash management processes. They thus delegate responsibility for processes that are not part of their core tasks to us. By taking over such business processes as part of outsourcing, we cut costs and increase the availability of systems for our customers.
