Service Desk – Customer Care Center
The Service Desk of Wincor Nixdorf, the Customer Care Center (CCC), plays a decisive role within the IT Service Management to optimize the quality of services and processes.
The applications for control and processing of our Services are consolidated on the international standardized and central Wincor Nixdorf eServices Platform®. All Service activities are supported by the comprehensive combination of different applications. In the end all wires convergence in our CCC.
The CCC operates as Single Point of Contact and is the central interface for all individual customer requests.
It serves for the coordination of the following Support devices such as the coordination of technician assignments or the Spare Part logistic as well as the assignment and the controlling of Cash in Transit.
In addition the different Services of our User Help Desk portfolio are available for our customers.
