“What we want to do through the branch is to strengthen our relationship with our customers, so we had to transform the branches to reflect what they want,” says Lilik Winarni, Chief Manager of Operation Strategy & Design at the Bank Central Asia (BCA). Based on these needs, Wincor Nixdorf recommended a dramatic overhaul of BCA’s small and large branches. With the help of Wincor Nixdorf and its architectural partner Kranz InnenArchitekten, BCA rejuvenated some of its high-traffic branches. It paired state-of-the-art technology with aesthetic design to create inviting spaces that encourage better employee-customer interaction.
