Up-to-date, comprehensive information on the customer
The customer master data stored in the SAP® system is used as the database and is updated at freely selectable intervals of time. In addition, this customer master data can be supplemented by “soft data”, such as comments on the customer or contact person, data on the infrastructure, etc. The data can be input in free form or with the aid of preset entries in list boxes.
Detailed checking of authorization
A detailed authorization check ensures that only the responsible employee can display or change the existing customer information.
Determining and leveraging customer potential
FIS/kis® supports you in building relationship knowledge and determining customer potential. You are also provided with further information in the form of an overview of the extent to which the existing potential is already leveraged by your company. The possibility of creating selection lists on the basis of freely definable criteria and PDF documents rounds out the functionality of FIS/kis®.
