Länsförsäkringar Bank – Innovative deposit service for the cashless branch strategy

Self-service systems as part of the service offering

What makes the Swedish Länsförsäkringar (LF) Bank so special? It’s an association of 23 regional banks that teamed up in the mid-90s – initially with just a few automated teller machines. But that’s not all: With selected products, LF Bank also decided to set out along the retail path – a concept which demands special branch requirements. LF Bank has developed a cashless branch strategy with cash recycling systems and PC/E Self-Service to match the requirements of their retail and banking mix. A concept its customers obviously appreciate, if the recent survey on customer satisfaction is anything to go by.
