Recently the Strategic Purchasing department completed the implementation of SAP SRM. The system is used for the electronic handling of inquiries and proposals (eRFQ). The gradual conversion to the system advances quite well. At invitation to tender the supplier receives an access to the Wincor Nixdorf SRM by mail, which he can use for direct log-in to the system. That way a standardized inquiry and proposal process is guaranteed.
