The eServices Portal is the electronic gateway to data, processes and features which are required for the operation of the attended IT systems.
These features include e.g. Remote Control, Inventory, Software Distribution and Monitoring as well as the possibility to order Spare Parts or Consumables.
Decreasing the effort of support and operating processes and decoupling the appliance from the technical realization is the main objective of this unified interface.
Individual authority profiles with configurable profile-functions can be installed depending on customer requirements and project scope. The access to the eServices Portal happens by explicit password protected User IDs.
The eServices Portal will be developed continuously in order to satisfy new challenges in view of operation and functional range.
