Dr. Jürgen Wunram
President & CEO
Dr. Jürgen Wunram received his doctorate after completing his degree in mathematics at the University of Hamburg. He then worked as a project manager at a large aerospace technology company. In 1992, Dr. Wunram joined the firm McKinsey, where his main area of responsibility was advising high-tech companies about strategic issues. Since 1993, Dr. Wunram has participated in Wincor Nixdorf’s development through his work in consultancy projects. Dr. Jürgen Wunram was appointed to Wincor Nixdorf AG’s (now Diebold Nixdorf AG) management board as CFO on March 1, 2007. Effective April 1, 2017 he was appointed President & CEO of Diebold nixdorf AG.
Chief Financial Officer
Christopher A. Chapman was appointed as CFO and member of the management board on April 1, 2017. He currently serves also as the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Diebold Nixdorf Incorporated. He joined Diebold in 1996 and has served in various financial leadership roles within the company’s finance organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in international business from the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio.
Services Business Unit
Olaf Heyden was appointed to the Member of the Management Board at Wincor Nixdorf AG (now Diebold Nixdorf AG) effective May 1, 2013 and is responsible for the Services Business Units. Olaf Heyden previously held executive posts in various IT and telecommunications companies; his last position was as CEO at Freudenberg IT KG.
Dr. Ulrich Näher
Business Unit Systems
Dr. Ulrich Näher has been at Wincor Nixdorf (now Diebold Nixdorf) since the beginning of 2015 and is head of the Systems Business Unit. He was appointed as a Menber of the Management Board effective March 1, 2016. Prior to that he served as head of Global Product Development Practice at McKinsey. In this capacity he was responsible in particular for advising clients from the electronics industry in Europe and Asia. Näher began his career at Siemens Corporate Development.
Rainer Pfeil has been appointed as a Member of the Management Board and Labour Director effective April 1, 2017. He joined Wincor Nixdorf (now Diebold Nixdorf) as Head of Human Resources in July 2001. He was previously Vice President Human Resources in a German technology company active on the international stage. He started his professional career in the human resources department of a well-known international IT group.
