As a point-of-sale and service solution, the software bundles typical sales and service functionalities for all types of branches and POS systems. Retail and postal functions are sensibly woven together.
Postal Solutions – Counter is available in two versions:
- „Full Service Branch“ - this full-service branch variant can be operated both as a standalone solution and also in large integrated solutions with a variety of counters in the branch.
- „Agency Branch“ – for branches with limited space availability or for agency concepts such as “Post Office in a Box”. The POS software comes in the form of a preconfigured retail POS with a basic stock of postal functionalities.
