Move to Rheda-Wiedenbrück: for the first time, Wincor World will take place at the A2 Forum

Wincor World 2011, the tenth Wincor World, was a complete success – more than 7000 visitors from over 90 countries around the world had an opportunity to gather information on 600 IT solutions and services exhibited by Wincor Nixdorf and its 40 partners. The extensive program of presentations and workshops with international experts from renowned companies was also once again very well received.

New trade fair site

After ten outstanding years, we have decided to continue the success story of our house fair at a different location. For this reason, in 2012 Wincor World will leave Paderborn, and take place for the first time at the A2 Forum in the district of Gütersloh from October 16 - 18. The A2 Forum in Rheda-Wiedenbrück is generously dimensioned, modern and designed to the latest standards, so that it offers an ideal environment for the further development of this annual event. Its advantages include an improved infrastructure and good transportation access.

Yet especially our visitors from outside Germany may be asking themselves: Where is Rheda-Wiedenbrück? What does it offer the visitor? How do we get to the A2 Forum, and how far is it from there to Wincor Nixdorf's headquarters in Paderborn? This page is therefore intended to offer you some early information on Wincor World's new location and the changes associated with the move there, in particular the rooms and spaces, the city, and travel to the A2 Forum. Naturally we’ll be updating the content continuously with new information, so be sure to visit us again over the next few months – we look forward to “seeing” you here!
